HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Goods purchased from us will typically be sent by courier delivery with tracking information available once your order has been dispatched, occasionally for smaller low value items we may use Royal Mail.
CAN YOU DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Purchases made through our website are subject to credit/debit card address verification checks, if your delivery address differs to your billing address, we may refuse to deliver your order to your delivery address and instead ship it to the billing address.
If you've financed your order, we're only able to ship to the address as submitted during your credit application, there are no exceptions to this rule.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
Yes! There are a handful of places that we can't deliver to but we're able to deliver to approximately 95% of countries, international shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process but some bulkier items may attract an oversized charge, don't worry, if this effects you we'll be in touch prior to processing your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items in stock that are ordered before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, for items that are not in stock, lead times will vary according to supplier availability. Many of our products come from overseas and whilst we try our best to keep the most popular items in stock, with over 30,000 products to choose from it's impossible for us to keep everything on the shelf but don't worry, where orders have an extended lead time you'll receive constant updates from us regarding the progress of your order, contact us for more information.
You have up to 14 days from the date on which your goods are delivered to return your order to us for a refund, you'll have to cover the cost of returning your order to us, returned goods must be in a saleable and unused condition, complete in their original packaging. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your goods being returned to us.
Where a product has been specifically produced for you falling into the category of 'special order items', we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.

We offer interest free finance over 12 months on any physical product purchased through our website, this excludes packages with labour and our remapping services, for these Classic Credit is available. Interest free finance is offered subject to status with a minimum deposit of 10%, T&C's apply, 18's or over, UK residents only.
If you're looking to finance your purchase over a longer period then our Classic Credit is the perfect choice with an APR of just 19.5% which is lower than many credit cards, you can spread the monthly payments over 12 to 48 months with a deposit ranging from 10% to 50%. Will I Be Eligible For Finance?
Once you have filled in your on line finance application, the details will be assessed and you will receive an instant approval or refusal of credit. Occasionally, orders will be held for manual assessment but in this instance you can expect to be notified by email of the credit decision within a few working hours.
All loans are subject to status, you must be at least 18 years old and a permanent resident in the UK, customers from outside the UK cannot apply for finance with Deko.
How Do I Make Repayments?
Monthly repayments are taken by direct debit, your finance agreement starts from the date we dispatch your goods or in the case of workshop bookings, the date on which the job is completed by us, you don't start repaying your loan until a month after this date.
Cooling Off Period
In line with the laws of England and Wales, you have 14 days from the date you sign your agreement to change your mind about the loan, if you simply wish to change your mind about the loan but still wish to purchase the product/service, you must contact Indigo-GT and pay for your product/service in full using an alternative method. Once the new payment has been verified, Indigo-GT will cancel your credit agreement and Deko will return your original deposit.
It is sometimes possible to change the term of the loan if you wish, please contact us and we will advise you accordingly.
