HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Goods purchased from us will typically be sent by courier delivery with tracking information available once your order has been dispatched, occasionally for smaller low value items we may use Royal Mail.
CAN YOU DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Purchases made through our website are subject to credit/debit card address verification checks, if your delivery address differs to your billing address, we may refuse to deliver your order to your chosen delivery address and instead ship it to the billing address.
DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?
Yes! International shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process, some bulkier items like bonnets and bumpers may attract an oversized charge but don't worry, if this effects your order we'll be in touch.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items in stock that are ordered before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same working day, for items that are not in stock, lead times will vary according to supplier availability. Many of our products come from overseas and whilst we try our best to keep the most popular products in stock, with over 30,000 lines to choose from it's impossible for us to keep everything available for despatch but don't worry, where orders have an extended lead time you'll receive constant updates from us regarding the progress of your order, if you need an item urgently then we strongly recommend you contact us to confirm availability prior to placing your order.
You have up to 14 days from the date on which your goods are delivered to return your order to us for a refund, you'll have to cover the shipping cost of returning your order to us, returned goods must be undamaged in a saleable and unused condition, complete in their original packaging. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your goods being received, please contact us prior to returning your order for more information.
