WHAT IS PAYMENT ASSIST?
In simple terms, Payment Assist allows the cost of our workshop based services over £149 (remapping, routine servicing, repairs etc) to be spread over four payments, there's no interest, no fee and no credit check*, you simply pay a 25% deposit which serves as your first payment to set the plan up by Visa debit card with the next three payments taken in monthly instalments.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?
Payment Assist is available to cover the cost of any of our workshop based services that are over and above £149.
WHAT'S THE CATCH?
There genuinely isn't one, we offer Payment Assist as a great way of providing our customers greater flexibility in covering the cost of vehicle ownership, there's no interest or fees on the funds you need providing your payments are made in line with your payment plan.
WILL MY PERSONAL CREDIT STATUS BE CHECKED?
For invoices less than £1000, Payment Assist check your debit card has adequate funds to pay the deposit and that it's registered to your address, no footprint is left on your credit file and this online check takes just a couple of seconds.
If your invoice is more than £1000 then a credit check will be required.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES?
None at all, the payment plan is totally interest free.
CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT DATES?
Once your plan is setup, the repayment dates can be changed free of charge by contacting Payment Assist.
HOW WILL I KNOW A PAYMENT IS DUE?
You'll be sent an email reminder seven days before the payment is due by Payment Assist to allow you enough time to ensure funds are available on the payment date.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS TAKEN?
The repayments are collected via a recurring transaction agreement from the Visa debit card used to pay the initial deposit, if your debit card is replaced or cancelled, you'll need to contact Payment Assist and provide updated card details, the debit card must be registered to the name and address of the person taking out the Payment Assist plan.
WHAT CAN I USE PAYMENT ASSIST FOR?
Payment Assist can be used to fund the purchase of any of our workshop based products or services where the total cost is above £200, this includes remapping, routine servicing and unexpected repairs.

*Applications above £1000 require a credit check, the 25% deposit has to be paid using a Visa debit card registered to the address of the applicant.
