We know that sometimes an unexpected repair bill can be a major concern but don't worry, we've teamed up with Payment Assist to give you a flexible solution should you need a little breathing room, below you'll find some FAQ's but if you have a question that's not covered below, just contact us.

What is Payment Assist?

In simple terms, Payment Assist allows the cost of a one off bill or purchase to be spread over three months, there's no interest and no fee, you'll simply have a pay a 25% deposit by debit card with the next three payments taken in monthly instalments.

Where's the catch?

There genuinely isn't one, quite simply, rather than incurring the cost of borrowing money from other sources, use Payment Assist and pay no interest or fee's on the funds you need, providing your payments are made in line with the payment plan.

Will my personal credit status be checked?

For invoices less than £1000, Payment Assist simply check that your card has adequate funds to pay the 25% deposit and the address registered to your debit card but no footprint is left on your credit status and this online check takes just a couple of seconds.

If your repair bill is more than £1000 then a credit check will be required.

Are there any charges?

None at all, the payment plan is totally interest and fee free and is designed to support you when you need it most.

Can I change my payment dates?

The collection dates can be changed free of charge by contacting Payment Assist.

How will I know the payment is due?

You'll be send an email reminder seven days before the payment is due by Payment Assist to allow you enough time to ensure funds are available on the payment date.

Is payment taken by Direct Debit?

The repayments are collected via a recurring transaction agreement from the debit card used to pay the initial deposit, if your debit card is replaced or cancelled, you'll need to contact Payment Assist and provide updated card details.

Here's an example repayment schedule based on a £750 repair bill;

25% Deposit Paid Instore 1st June £187.50
First Payment 1st July £187.50
Second Payment 1st August £187.50
