Shipping & Returns
Goods purchased from Indigo-GT Ltd will be sent either by courier delivery (Interlink, UPS, DHL or TNT) or Royal Mail. To find out which courier your order has/may travel with please contact us. If goods have to be re-dispatched due to their return to Indigo-GT Ltd for reasons such as failed delivery, Indigo-GT Ltd may at its discretion, levy an additional delivery charge, this includes orders that are initially dispatched with free delivery.
Purchases made through this website are subject to credit/debit card address verification checks, where orders are placed and an alternative delivery address that differs to the billing address is provided, Indigo-GT Ltd may at it's discretion refuse to deliver your order to your delivery address.
Orders that are placed with the payment method being Pay4Later can only be dispatched to the address as provided to Pay4Later, there are no exceptions to this rule.
Indigo-GT Ltd is unable to gurantee delivery dates and or times, we strongly discourage against making bookings with third parties to have products fitted until you have taken delivery and are certain the items you have ordered are correct.
DAMAGED GOODS & SHORTFALLS
In the unlikely event that orders are delivered incomplete or damaged, the responsibility falls upon the receiver to ensure that such shortfalls/damage are correctly noted by the courier, if in doubt, the delivery should be rejected.
We regret that once a consignment has been signed for to confirm receipt, such confirmation also serves as notification that the consignment is complete and in good condition, we cannot accept claims for damaged goods or delivery shortfalls where the consignment has been accepted without notification of a problem with the delivery.
Indigo-GT Ltd is fully compliant with distance selling regulations, you have up to 14 days from the date on which your order is delivered to return your order to Indigo-GT Ltd for a refund, where you have paid carriage, this will not be refunded. As the purchaser, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods to us. Goods returned must be in the same condition as they were on dispatch, complete, in their original packaging and undamaged.
Where a product has been specifically produced for and order falling into the category of 'Special Order Items', we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.
Indigo-GT Ltd may at it's discretion agree to accept returns for orders outside of the 14 day period, such an offer may include a re-stocking fee of up to 30% and/or an offer of store credit.
